We hold an equity amount ranging from 7-12 %. This is decided on the basis of estimate time and effort required at our end.
How long does the incubation programme last?
The incubation programme lasts a period of 6 months.
However, we continue to support the venture with our mentorship to fast-track its growth, building a life long association with the company.
Do you provide financial capital to start-ups?
We do not provide monetary assistance to start-ups.
What is Auriga’s exit plan?
We are running business and we need to make money too. We plan to do that by selling the shares that we get in your company. Shares can be sold at one of the three events : IPO, Merger / Acquisition, Sale of our shares to a new or existing shareholder of the company. We are ready to wait until your business become successful.
