Shashi Bhardwaj

Shashi Bhardwaj is a seasoned entrepreneur with nearly two decades of experience into IT and civil infrastructure execution. He has conceptualised and led successful delivery of hundreds of crores worth of government and private sector projects across Rajasthan and India. On the hospitality side, he has had the privilege of being India’s first private player to run the show for the worlds's most iconic heritage luxury train journeys, Palace on Wheels, where he oversees promotions, branding & collaborations globally. In 2024, Palace on Wheels was ranked as the #1 "Best Train Trip in the World". He’s founded ventures in both solar and wind energy as Rajasthan positions itself at the forefront of India's clean energy transition. Shashi has always been drawn to the challenge of building across industries. As an entrepreneur, he’s constantly finding the thread that connects infrastructure, technology, as well as sustainability.

Divye Tela

Co-Founder, CEO • 20 yrs exp • IIT Roorkee

At Auriga, Divye has been a core pillar of our ThinkTank from the very beginning, shaping how we dream, decide, and deliver. An engineer from IIT Roorkee and a self made entrepreneur with around 20 years of industry experience, he blends rigorous technical training with hard-won business wisdom to guide our most critical choices. Divye constantly challenges us to question assumptions, back our intuition with action, and convert ideas into concrete bets - new products, new markets, and bold partnerships. His ability to connect client needs, product possibilities, and execution realities has been central to Auriga's growth. He consistently lives our values of Happiness, Trust, Excellence, and being Humane, setting the tone for our People's first culture. Ronak Singhavi

Co-Founder, COO • 20 yrs exp • IIT Roorkee

Ronak Singhavi is Co-founder and COO at Auriga IT Consulting, a digital solutions company he started in 2010. Over the years, he's worn multiple hats—from business development to project management to product development. For the past 2 years, he's been leading Auriga IT's ERP practice, helping manufacturing and trading clients implement ERPNext/Frappe solutions that solve real business problems. Ronak started his career as a financial analyst after completing his B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (2007) and pursuing CFA Level 2. While not a techie, he has a keen eye for user experience and loves finding digital solutions for business challenges. His strength lies in understanding business needs and identifying the right features and experiences to solve those problems—focusing on outcomes that matter. At Auriga IT, Ronak manages business operations, client discovery, proposals, team building, and partnerships. Outside work, he's a sports enthusiast who loves tennis and badminton, along with carrom and cricket. He enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Nishant Gauttam

Co-Founder, CTO

Nishant Gautam is an engineering leader with 17+ years of experience in enterprise software, eCommerce platforms, and large-scale technology delivery. At Auriga IT, he leads engineering strategy, team scaling, and solution execution, having grown with the organization from its early stages.

He brings expertise in eCommerce consulting, enterprise systems, product engineering, and Generative AI–driven solutions, with prior leadership roles as VP – Software Development and CTO. His career foundation at IBM India Software Lab shapes his enterprise-grade engineering approach.

Hiren Pandya

Co-Founder, VP - Technology

Hiren Pandya is a technology leader with 17+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, and solution design. As Co-Founder and VP – Technology at Auriga IT, he shapes technical standards, architecture decisions, and engineering excellence across platforms. His expertise lies in building scalable, user-centric digital products, blending strong engineering fundamentals with creative problem-solving. With early experience in hands-on software delivery, Hiren brings a practical, quality-driven approach to technology leadership.

Rahul Jairath

Chief People Officer

Rahul Jairath is a multidisciplinary product, technology and business leader and repeat entrepreneur with deep expertise in the semiconductor and emerging AI ecosystems. As CPO, he advises Auriga IT on product strategy, business grown and leadership across India and the US. He has built multiple software startups, and has held executive positions at Lam Research, Texas Instruments, SEMATECH, Applied Materials and FormFactor. Rahul is an ortrovert, and brings a rare ability to connect roadmaps, foundational technology needed, product vision and business outcomes at enterprises and startups.

Pavan Kumar Shrivastava

VP - Technology (Enterprise)

Pavan Shrivastava is Vice President – Technology at Auriga IT and a core member of the organization’s Thinktank group. With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry and nearly 6 years at Auriga, he brings deep expertise in enterprise platforms, FinTech and InsurTech solutions, and large-scale digital transformation programs. Pavan leads and oversees strategic Enterprise and FinTech engagements, building strong client partnerships and driving sustained account growth. He also heads Auriga’s Mobile and QA practices, with a sharp focus on delivery excellence, operational maturity, standardization, and quality engineering. Known for his high energy and process-driven leadership, he excels at managing complex initiatives while keeping teams aligned, motivated, and future-ready. As a Thinktank member, he actively contributes to company strategy, growth mindset adoption, people-centric culture, and critical decision-making. Beyond formal responsibilities, he is deeply invested in mentoring leaders, guiding teams through change, and nurturing individual ambitions, while fostering a workplace that values positivity, resilience, and fun along the journey.

Gaurav Sharma

VP - Data & Analytics

Gaurav Sharma is a senior Data, Analytics, and AI leader with 16+ years of experience driving large-scale, data-led transformation across enterprise and public sector environments. An alumnus of the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad, he leads the Data & Analytics domain at Auriga, defining domain strategy, building data and AI capabilities, and ensuring consistent delivery across complex engagements. He oversees end-to-end enterprise and public sector programs spanning data platform architecture, advanced analytics, and applied AI solutions. Earlier in his career, Gaurav contributed to enterprise-wide digitisation initiatives at the CK Birla Group, supporting large-scale transformation across data, systems, and business processes. Known for his disciplined, outcome-driven leadership, Gaurav builds trusted, resilient data and AI foundations that enable organisations to move from data availability to actionable intelligence, delivering sustained business and public value.

Gaurav Pal

VP - Technology (AI/ML)

Gaurav Pal is a product and technology leader with 17+ years of experience across AI platforms, SaaS, industrial IoT, and enterprise systems. As CTO of STITCH MES and InstaDigin, he leads product vision, system architecture, and engineering execution for industrial and manufacturing platforms. His expertise spans real-time systems, telemetry, AI-driven platforms, and scalable SaaS products, supported by a strong foundation in engineering and finance. Gaurav is known for bridging technology depth with business and product outcomes.

Sanjay Sethi

Founder & CEO – CygnusAlpha AI | Founder – ShopClues

Sanjay Sethi is a serial entrepreneur and product leader with 25+ years of experience building and scaling large consumer internet platforms. He is the Founder & CEO of CygnusAlpha AI and the Founder of ShopClues, one of India’s early large-scale e-commerce marketplaces. Previously a Senior Director – Products at eBay (Silicon Valley), Sanjay brings deep expertise in product strategy, marketplace design, and platform scalability. An IIT alumnus, he is known for building high-scale consumer platforms with long-term vision.

Durga Charan Das

CEO, Stitch MES

Durga Charan Das is the Founder and CEO of STITCH, and a manufacturing technology leader with over 20 years of experience driving operational excellence across global supply chains. With deep hands-on exposure across manufacturing countries, he brings a practical, execution-first operator mindset to modernizing apparel manufacturing through data-driven innovation. He holds a Master’s degree in Fashion Manufacturing Technology from NIFT and an engineering degree in Electronics, blending technical rigor with strong domain expertise. Prior to founding STITCH in 2020, Durga held senior leadership roles at CGS, Matrix, and RMX Joss. Under his leadership, STITCH has grown from a disruptive startup into a leading force in digital transformation for global brands and manufacturers. Beyond business, Durga is a strong advocate for sustainability, using digital traceability to advance the industry toward a zero-waste future.

Bhavesh Singhavi

CEO, InstaDigin

Bhavesh Singhavi is the Co-founder and CEO of InstaDigin, a cloud-based B2B platform designed to drive operational digitalization and deliver real-time intelligence for the mining and infrastructure sectors.

Bhavesh holds a B.Tech in Mineral Engineering from IIT (ISM) Dhanbad and is a CFA Charterholder accredited by the CFA Institute, USA. Before founding InstaDigin, he served as a Director in the Mining & Metals Advisory practice at PwC India.

With over 15 years of experience, Bhavesh has provided strategic advisory services to private and public sector clients in mining and infrastructure across India and globally. His expertise spans business strategy and planning, financial appraisals, public-private partnerships (PPP), revenue enhancement, and digital transformation.

His consulting experience extends across diverse geographies, including South-East Asia, the Middle East, North America, Latin America, Australia, and Africa. He has contributed to national and international thought-leadership publications in the mining sector and has been a speaker at several industry conferences.

Rohit Nair

Founder, Munara

Rohit Nair has experience spanning startups, strategy consulting, and global enterprises. He is the Co-Founder of Munaro, building a bootstrapped company at scale across the US and India. Previously, Rohit worked in Corporate Development at Hilti Group and spent over four years at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager across New York and Dubai. Earlier, he co-founded QuizWorks, pioneering gamification-led learning solutions in India, and began his career as a Software Engineer at Dell. He holds an MBA from Yale University and a BE from UVCE, and advises Auriga on strategy, product thinking, and scalable growth.

Pamli Deka

Mentor, Sustainability & Climate Change

Pamli Deka brings deep expertise in energy transition, climate finance, and sustainable development. She currently serves as Head of Energy Transition Finance at WRI India and is a Mentor at NSRCEL, supporting startups and institutions working at the intersection of sustainability, policy, and finance. Previously, Pamli was the South Asia Regional Coordinator at the Private Financing Advisory Network (PFAN), where she enabled climate and clean energy ventures to access investment and scale impact across the region. Pamli holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BTech from IIT Roorkee, and advises Auriga on sustainability-led innovation, energy transition strategy, and impact-driven growth.
